Every booking, request to payment, on one board.

ShapedOps gives logistics businesses a stage for every step of a booking — from the first rate request to the payment landing. The right document is issued at each stage and your shipper is told on WhatsApp, so nobody has to call to ask where their consignment is.

01The logistics template

Seven stages, from request to paid.

This is where setup starts. We rename stages to match how your desk works, choose which ones issue documents, and decide what your shipper hears at each step.

  1. 01

    Booking requested

A shipper asks for a rate. The request is logged with an owner — or imported with the rest of your sheet.

  2. 02

    Quote sent

The quotation is generated on your letterhead with your rates and terms.

  3. 03

    Booking confirmed

The shipper says yes and the agreement is generated against the booking.

  4. 04

    In transit

The consignment is moving. Operations, accounts and the owner see the same status.

  5. 05

    Customs clearance

Held at customs or clearing. The shipper hears about it before they think to call.

  6. 06

    Delivered

The invoice goes out with a Razorpay payment link, and overdue reminders are scheduled.

  7. 07

    Payment collected

The receipt is issued and the booking closes — and it counts toward this month's revenue.

02Your shipper's side

Fewer "where is it?" calls. They already know.

Every booking has its own tracking link. It opens in any browser — no app, no login — and shows exactly what your team sees about that booking's stage.

Stage, documents, invoice

The current stage, every document issued so far to download, and the invoice with a pay-online link.

WhatsApp

An update at each stage

When a booking moves, the shipper gets a message from a template you control — no one has to remember to send it.

Reminders on a schedule

Unpaid invoices get one reminder each at 30, 60 and 90 days overdue. How reminders work

03On the record

The numbers your desk already tracks. On the booking.

Custom fields are set up with you during implementation, so container, bill and vehicle numbers live on the booking — not in a separate sheet.

04Questions

What logistics teams ask us.

Something else? Message us on WhatsApp at +91 90998 67128.

Are the logistics stages fixed?
No. The seven stages are where setup starts. We rename them, add or remove steps, and choose which ones issue documents so the board matches how your desk actually works.
Can shippers check a booking without logging in?
Yes. Every booking has a tracking link that opens in any browser and shows the current stage, the documents issued so far and the invoice to pay. No app and no login.
Does ShapedOps file e-way bills or customs documents?
No. ShapedOps tracks each booking's stage, issues the client-facing quotation, agreement, invoice and receipt, and keeps your shipper updated. Filings stay in the systems you use for them today.
How do we collect payment?
The invoice carries a Razorpay payment link. If it stays unpaid, the shipper gets one reminder each at 30, 60 and 90 days overdue, and the receipt is issued when the payment is collected.
Can we bring in bookings we already track in Excel?
Yes. Upload an .xlsx, .xls or .csv file, match its columns to fields, and preview the import. Rows with the same email or phone as an existing record are flagged and skipped.
